Dr. Allison Moses was born and raised in rural Nova Scotia. She attended Acadia University where she completed a Bachelor in Kinesiology with an honors thesis in exercise physiology. During this time Allison learned about the practice of Naturopathic Medicine and resonated with the principles of preventative medicine and health promotion. She went on to complete her Doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. There she developed the skills and knowledge to help patients navigate their personal health journeys through modalities such as nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counselling, physical medicine and supplementation.

Andrea graduated from MH Vicars in Calgary with the 2200 hour Remedial Massage Therapy program. She is a member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta (MTAA) and is also a certified reflexologist

Andrea takes a Holistic approach when creating a treatment plan for each client, considering all contributing factors to dysfunction and pain. She uses a multi-faceted approach to her massage treatments which include therapeutic & relaxation, deep tissue massage, Graston Technique and Dynamic Cupping. Andrea uses Graston Technique to bring faster rehabilitation of range of motion, elimination of pain and restoration of normal function to the affected area and Dynamic Cupping, to facilitate healing by relieving muscular tension and bringing more blood flow to the area which promotes cellular repair.

Rachel is originally from Ontario where she grew up in gym training as a competitive gymnast. At the end of her gymnastic career, Rachel dove headfirst into whatever other sport she could get involved in - whether it was on the track, water or snow. Her love of winter and all outdoor things made Canmore home.

Education

She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto with a double major and minor in human biology, environmental studies and immunology. She then completed the four-year Doctor of Chiropractic program at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. While in Toronto, Rachel gained extensive clinical experience and skills in addition to obtaining her Functional Integrated Acupuncture certification.
