Lily is a 2023 honors graduate of the Alberta College Of Massage Therapy in Calgary. For Lily, it is essential to combine therapeutic and relaxation techniques, as these types of massage exist on a continuum. When using more precise and deep tissue techniques, Lily strives to achieve both local therapeutic effects as well as a general sense of relaxation. Lily believes that the two approaches to massage are not two opposite types of massage and should always happen in conjunction. She also strives to work with her clients nervous system and educate them on the importance it plays in regulating muscle tone and increasing overall feelings of relaxation. Lily is certified in orthopedic massage and cupping, and also incorporates aromatherapy and energy work into her sessions.
