Naturopathic Medicine is a combination of modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. Dr. Whelan is trained in various modalities such as Botanical Medicine, Nutritional Medicine, Lifestyle Counselling, Homeopathic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Ashley graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy 2200 hour program in her home town of Saskatoon SK in 2009. Ashley’s work experience is well rounded, having worked in a variety of chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics, high end spa’s and has worked many mountain bike and triathlon events. Ashley specializes in therapeutic massage therapy, using a variety of techniques that best suits her client’s needs, comfort levels and goals.

Massage Style: Therapeutic, Deep Tissue/Sport Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point treatment.

Ashley enjoys Hiking, Mountain Biking, Snowboarding, and exploring with her husky.

Sara graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She has called Canmore home since 2014 after falling in love with the mountains and has been in Canmore since, living the dream. As a certified yoga instructor, Sara learned some of the basic anatomy of the body and became more interested in how the body works. Linnea made the move to the mountains from Drumheller, AB in 2017. She graduated her 2200-hour massage course from Alberta College of Massage Therapy with focus on Swedish relaxation massage and therapeutic massage. She enjoys incorporating movement and myofascial release techniques in her treatments. Jessica completed a 2200 hour massage program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary. Her previous jobs included base manage at Rockies Heli Canada, construction, painting and landscaping (she is one hard working girl). Jessica moved to the Bow Valley in 1998 seeking bigger mountains and more snow by spending her days on her snowboard. She is an avid split-boarder and rock climber.

Thea has been an RMT for 16 years and living and working in the Bow Valley for over 15 years. She loves the community and lifestyle here in the valley, and is continually inspired by the hard working, hard playing folks who make this valley home!

Thea obtained her massage therapy diploma at ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, N.S. She graduated from a 2 year, 2200-hour program with a strong focus on assessment and treatment skills. She began her career at a multidisciplinary clinic working with physiotherapists and chiropractors, gaining insight and experience in therapeutic and rehab-focused massage therapy. Dr. Allison Moses was born and raised in rural Nova Scotia. She attended Acadia University where she completed a Bachelor in Kinesiology with an honors thesis in exercise physiology. During this time Allison learned about the practice of Naturopathic Medicine and resonated with the principles of preventative medicine and health promotion. She went on to complete her Doctorate at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. There she developed the skills and knowledge to help patients navigate their personal health journeys through modalities such as nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counselling, physical medicine and supplementation.

In a sea of information, Allison aims to simplify the path to your goals. Her belief is that health should not be complicated. Together you will develop daily practices that align with your long term goals, while being provided additional support in times of need.
